This includes providing exceptional technical support, maintaining high quality standards for custom configurations, managing a team of technicians and material handlers, and working to streamline all day-to-day business practices related to quoting, vendor warranty, trade-ins and more. As the Supervisor Services, you will be a driving force behind innovative solutions that take a client\u0027s business to the next level! You will get to:\n\n * Coordinate personnel and processes within the operations area.\n\n\n * Manage daily activities, assess the efficiency, and implement changes as necessary.\n\n\n * Develop business practices to address the needs of Service Delivery, including efficient planning, forecasting, and resource management.\n\n\n * Build and maintain relationships with all departments for effective communication and collaboration.\n\n\n * Work closely with Service Management to deliver an integrated solution adhering to industry best practices.\n\n\n * Provide support for both internal and external customers, monitoring activities to maintain highest level of customer satisfaction.\n\n\n * Perform additional duties as assigned.\n\n\n\nBe AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
