Position Overview:
The Surgery Center Administrator will be responsible for the overall management, planning, development, and operation of the surgery center, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and delivering superior patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational oversight of the surgery center

• Lead administrative functions including budgeting, staffing, compliance, and business development

• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are met across clinical and non-clinical departments

• Maintain compliance with CMS, AAAHC, OSHA, and state regulatory bodies

• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and leadership teams to optimize outcomes and performance

• Drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements to support growth and profitability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, or related field (Masters preferred)

• Minimum of 3-5 years of ASC or hospital management experience

• In-depth knowledge of outpatient surgery regulations, policies, and operations

• Proven leadership skills with strong financial and operational acumen

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Competitive base salary: $160,000 - $180,000
