Avant Tech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgery Center Administrator to lead the operations of our multi-specialty surgery center located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality surgical services in a patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and administration to enhance service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and quality assurance programs.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, benchmarking, and revenue cycle management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
• Drive strategic planning and marketing initiatives to promote growth.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in an ASC or healthcare setting.
• Proven experience in financial management and operational oversight.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards for surgery centers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
