Avant Tech is seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to serve as Surgery Center Administrator for a busy, state-of-the-art outpatient surgery facility in Katy, Texas. This role will oversee all operational, clinical, financial, and compliance activities, ensuring exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the surgery center, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Act as liaison between governing board, physicians, and staff.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations for all staff.
• Monitor surgical schedules, volumes, and quality outcomes.
• Implement marketing and business development strategies to grow services.
• Lead monthly operational reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field (Associate’s degree considered with strong experience).
• Minimum 3 years in a senior administrative/management role in an ASC or hospital surgical setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, contracts, and compliance programs.
• Ability to build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and stakeholders.
