As the Surgery Center Coordinator on our team, you’ll schedule surgery center procedures and registration of patients. When required, you’ll collect insurance information and payments and verify that all required components of the patient chat are present. You’ll also greet Surgery Center patients, vendors, and visitors. In addition, this role will be cross trained to assist with Injection Scheduling.
Join our team as a Casual Surgery Center Coordinator, supporting our five Surgery Centers located in Woodbury, Eagan, Vadnais Heights, Plymouth, and Minnetonka. In this role, your will have a designated home base is our Vadnais Heights Campus, and will float to other locations as needed, providing exceptional patient care and teamwork across our network.
This is a flexible, casual role—you’ll have the opportunity to pick up shifts based on your availability and department needs, with no set or guaranteed schedule.
Available shifts:
Monday - Friday with variable start times between 5:30 - 8:00 AM (subject to change).
Responsibilities:
Summit's hiring range for this position is $21.62 to $27.03 per hour. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation.
