Surgery Scheduler

The NeuorMedical Center is seeking a Surgery Scheduler for the Neurosurgery department.

Duties include:

• Coordinates Scheduling of surgery procedures.
• Schedules surgery with the hospital indicated on surgery scheduling sheet.
• Schedules pre-operative assessment with primary care physician and cardiologist if needed.
• Schedules lab work when needed.
• Serves as an educational resource for patients by explaining procedures to be performed.
• Prepares the surgery packet for review.

Qualifications:

• One year of experience in a clinic setting preferred.
• Must be a multi-tasker and team player.

Education Required: Vocational Degree a plus.
