As an Recruiting Liaison, you will play a key role in the talent acquisition and onboarding processes of our organization. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor. You will work closely with The Sr. Director of Physician Engagement and physician Chair of Physician Recruiting to source, screen, and onboard top talent.
As a Surgery Scheduler, you must be customer service focused with high attention to detail. Must be proficient in maintaining accurate record keeping and committed to handling sensitive information in a secure manner. Able to perform problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills while always demonstrating professional and customer service focused behavior. Excellent in communication, multi-tasking, and effective time management.
Principle Recruiting Liaison Responsibilities:

Recruitment Assistant:
Assist in the recruitment process by maintaining candidate log and coordinating potential interview dates. Relay pertinent information to hiring manager and Chair of Physician Recruiting during the interview process. Assist with coordinating onboarding for new hires.

Candidate Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, providing timely updates and answering inquiries.

Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews, coordinate interview logistics, facilitate interview day, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Driving is required for this role.
Principle Scheduling Responsibilities:
Input all future cases with accuracy and in an efficient manner.
Answer a high volume of incoming calls promptly, courteously and in a caring friendly manner, ensuring outstanding and accurate customer service at all times.
Communicate effectively with hospitals, surgery centers, physicians’ offices and/or Metro physicians on a daily basis.
Communicate consistently and effectively with the scheduling department as needed.
Input all physician and surgeon requests on the future daily schedules.
Ensure all cases and/or requests are taken with accurate information and tracked appropriately.
Qualifications Job requirements:
Previous experience in recruiting, onboarding, or administrative roles is desirable but not required for entry-level positions.
Previous experience working with physicians is preferred but not required.
• Associates degree or at least 2+ years of college.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public relations skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of computers.
• Ability to be available for after-hours work periodically.
• Ability to interact positively and professionally with different physicians and management.
• Ability to use good judgment and utilize independent decision-making skills to effect problem solve, resolve issues and facilitate department efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and to maintain flexibility in response to constantly changing demands.
