We are currently seeking a Surgery Scheduler who enjoys working with people and thrives in a team-oriented environment. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring a smooth experience for our patients as they prepare for cosmetic surgical procedures.

What Youll Do:

• Serve as the key point of contact for patients as they prepare for surgery

• Collect and coordinate all documentation needed to schedule procedures

• Communicate professionally and proactively with surgery centers, physicians, and internal team members

• Help ensure a seamless and reassuring patient experience from consultation to surgery

What Were Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting

• Previous surgery scheduling experience preferred

• Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills

• Friendly, dependable, and motivated to succeed

• A natural people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
