Avant Tech is on the lookout for a results-oriented Surgical Center Administrator to lead our state-of-the-art surgery center. This leadership role will involve overseeing all aspects of center operations, enhancing patient care, and ensuring financial performance while promoting a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the surgical center, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes for center personnel.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
• Direct financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management, and cost control.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and oversee patient safety protocols.
• Facilitate marketing and outreach strategies to increase surgical volume.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role within a surgical or healthcare facility.
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting and operational management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for surgical centers and best practices in patient care.
• Ability to cultivate strong physician relationships and a positive workplace culture.
