Must be available Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
Job Responsibilities:
Compile and organize surgical charts, ensuring all necessary documents are included.
Review surgical plans, IOL calculation sheets, demographic forms, and past surgery records.
Collect additional information as required for comprehensive pre-operative preparation.
Print surgical packets and patient labels, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Review patient insurance details, particularly for devices and medications utilized in surgery.
Answer telephone calls, addressing surgical inquiries and providing information on surgery arrival times.
Work collaboratively with the clinic to gather any missing information required for surgical criteria.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid and active Driver’s License.
Surgical scheduling and/or ophthalmic experience is a plus!
