Your Role:

As an RN – Surgical Nurse, you will provide exceptional
nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room (CVOR), ensuring patient
safety and high-quality outcomes. You will advocate for patients, align
practices with safety standards, and engage in continuous professional
development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing
program.

·         Licensures: Washington Registered Nurse License
upon hire.

·         Certifications: National Provider BLS (American
Heart Association) upon hire.

·         Experience: At least 1 year of nursing
experience in an Operating Room (OR) environment.

Preferred
Qualifications:

Certification: National Certification in the area of
specialty is preferred upon hire, unless otherwise indicated.

Ideal Candidate:

·         You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an
OR environment as an RN.

·         You possess a strong commitment to patient
safety and quality care.

·         You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment and have excellent leadership skills.
