Surgical Technologist

Salt Creek Surgery Center is a busy orthopedic ambulatory surgery center in Westmont, Illinois. We are passionate about ortho and service excellence. We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Surgical Technologist to assist in providing care to patients during intra-operative phase, functioning primarily in the scrub role and assisting in the circulating role. Responsible for aseptic technique in preparation of supplies and equipment. Expertise in safety principles, sterile technique and universal precautions. Applies and shares knowledge with others. Performs all scrub technologist functions for all cases done in surgery. Candidates must possess the ability to prioritize and have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position is expected to be 4 x10 hour days. 

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills and relevant experience. Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of two years current ortho surgical experience
• Good interpersonal, teamwork and PC skills.
• Graduate of an accredited training program
• Prefer candidates with Certified Surgical Technologist status and Ortho experience
