Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an approved Surgical Technology Program
• Current certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• Registration eligibility with VA Department of Health Professions
• Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification
• Military service members may qualify through documented surgical tech training

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Cardiac Catheterization Lab experience
• Experience with cardiac procedures and interventions
