Surgical Techs - $15,000 hiring incentives

We are looking for Surgical Techs in the Fort Myers area. Must have completed the 2 year surgical tech course to qualify

Compensation:

$26 to $36 per hour
$10,000 Sign On Bonus / $5000 Relocation Bonus for a 2 year commitment
Health, Dental and Vision Insurance

Paid Time Off (PTO) - 24 Days in your first year
403(b) Retirement Plan -5% Match
$2500 sign on for new grads
CST preferred or schooling as a surgical tech

Job Description

MUST HAVE YOUR 2 YEAR SURGICAL TECH COURSE WORK COMPLETED TO QUALIFY
Preparing sterile operating rooms for surgeries.
Sterilizing equipment and instruments.
Stocking adequate supplies for surgery.
Preparing patients for surgery by washing and disinfecting incision sites.
Providing support during surgery by passing instruments and other supplies.
Tracking surgical supplies.
Staying up -to -date on surgical technology, medical terminology, and procedures.
Working well with surgeons, surgical assistants, nurses and general surgical team.
