Summary

Observe gaming and non-gaming activity by monitoring electronic surveillance equipment to ensure compliance with applicable laws, procedures, regulations and rules and protect company assets from illegal or questionable activities.

Job Duties

• Operates electronic surveillance equipment.
• Complete department reports as required. 
• Reports to the Surveillance Supervisor and informs management of any illegal activity.
• Observes patrons and employees for cheating, theft or any other illegal activity.
• Cooperates with other departments with regards to surveillance reports.
• Attendance in court is required if needed. 
• Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations.
• Must progress through the provided training modules related to individual Table Game type processes, policies and potential integrity compromising acts.
• Must be able to demonstrate proficient understanding of each module to maintain progression through to the completion of the training program.
• Respond immediately to any activities that appear unusual or suspicious.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related work experience preferred or combination of education and experience.
• Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. 
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
