Survey & GPS/CAD Technician

 SiteWORX is an award-winning Total Site Development Company located in Lebanon, Ohio.  Due to consistent and continued growth we need to add a Survey & GPS/CAD Technician to our team!

SiteWORX is currently looking to hire a full-time Surveyor & GPS/CAD Technician. 

This position will work at the direction of the surveying foreman and perform various surveying related tasks.

Description:

• Perform layout on various jobsites.


• Verify that all GPS equipment is using accurate files and properly localized.


• Aid in installation, training, and implementation of new hardware.


• Use surveying drones to do large scale topography.

Requirements:

• Self-Starter, with a Problem-Solving Mindset


• Strong Math and Communication Skills


• Enjoys utilizing technology.

• Valid driver’s license


• Must be able to meet physical demands of the position; ability to lift over 50 pounds, walk on uneven surfaces, stand for periods of time, bending, kneeling and work in all weather conditions.


• Must pass a Pre-Employment drug screening and Randoms as we are a Drug Free Workplace.

Preferred:

• Topcon / Trimble Equipment Experience


• GPS Machine Control


• Understand Site Localization


• 3D Model Creation


• Basic Staking / Layout Skills


• Auto Cad


• Ability to read blueprints.

Hours of Work:

Monday – Friday (7:00am to 5:30pm)

Morning / Evening Hours May be required at times to meet job requirements.

We will provide training to the right candidate.  This is a full time, year round position.
