Survey Crew Chief

AA Surface Pro is a family owned, fast growing, and very busy survey company with our main headquarters located in Cape Coral FL, and a new division located in Orlando. We work with some of the largest construction companies in SWFL and we are looking for an experienced Survey Crew Chief to grow with our team! 

A qualified candidate for the Surveyor Crew Chief position will have: 

• A minimum of 3 years of Land Surveying experience in road and civil construction industry
• Knowledge of surveying procedures and road construction layout
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
• Effective and clear communication skills
• Strong expertise in land surveying procedures and data collection best practices 
• Strong drive to seek self-development and develop crew members under direct supervision 
• A valid driver's license and ability to be insured to drive company vehicles
• Open availability to meet the needs of the business.
