We’re looking for a Survey Party Chief to join our growing team of survey professionals. This full-time, year-round role offers the opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, learning-focused environment committed to technical excellence and community impact.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced Land Surveyors and other design professionals. Responsibilities include:

• Leading land surveying field crews


• Performing fieldwork to support a range of projects


• Operating and maintaining total stations, GPS equipment, and other field tools


• Supporting project planning and execution


• Collaborating with engineers, planners, and landscape architects


• Contributing to a team-focused, mentoring-rich environment

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of land surveying field experience, including crew leadership


• Construction Surveying Experience


• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Surveying or related field a plus)


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Strong math and calculation skills (basic engineering/surveying proficiency)


• Experience with total stations and GPS equipment


• Familiarity with both field and office workflows


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Team-oriented mindset and desire to contribute to a collaborative work environment
