Survey Project Manager

Join a highly regarded and long-established civil engineering firm with a strong presence in Arizona. We are looking for a skilled Survey Project Manager to lead and oversee surveying projects from our Phoenix or Mesa office. This position offers the opportunity to manage high-impact projects and play a vital role in our continued success and commitment to excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing land surveying projects from proposal through completion.
• Developing project scopes, preparing cost proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supervising, mentoring, and supporting survey team members.
• Ensuring quality control and compliance with regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed as a Registered Land Surveyor in Arizona.
• At least 10 years of professional land surveying experience, including business development.
• Strong knowledge of Public Land Survey System, ALTA/NSPS standards, and Arizona-specific boundary survey and municipal requirements.
• Proficient in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
