Job Description - SVP ERP Modernization

Lead the ERP modernization strategy, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Spearhead the execution of ERP modernization projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and meeting or exceeding quality standards.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external partners, to ensure seamless integration and optimization of ERP systems.
Manage and mentor a team of project managers, consultants, and technical experts, providing guidance and leadership to achieve project milestones and career development goals.
Oversee vendor selection and management, ensuring partnerships align with company standards and project requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the ERP modernization process.
Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, ethical conduct, and a passion for delivering value to clients.
