The SVP Insurance Commercial Lines, Middle Market, and Specialty Lines is an elite, market-facing executive responsible for driving global strategy, deepening core P&C capabilities, and managing a high-growth $300M P&L.

In this premier practice leadership role, you will lead account management, commercial growth, and solutions architecture to position the firm as an indispensable partner for middle market insurers, data-led commercial carriers, reinsurance companies, Insurtechs, and Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS) capacity providers. You will architect and deploy transformative client solutions that deliver the trifecta impact of improved experience, outcomes, and efficiency. Concurrently, you will be charged with building the firm’s next major growth engine: pioneering data and AI-powered "thin human" digital solutions and managed services designed to solve large-scale middle market and specialty P&C industry problems.

Practice Ownership & Global P&L Governance ($300M Portfolio)

• Own the full financials, strategy, and operations for the global Commercial, Middle Market, and Specialty business units, scaling the $300M P&L through aggressive portfolio performance and high-margin service delivery.
• Deepen global P&C capabilities across the firm by aligning domain expertise, middle market processing methodologies, and consultative assets into unified market offerings.
• Serve as the Senior Relationship Executive across a Tier-1 global client base, driving world-class account management, ensuring contract retention, and leading complex, multi-year renewal cycles for commercial carriers.

Solution Architecture & "Trifecta Impact" Delivery

• Design, deploy, and scale next-generation client solutions that directly address carrier pressure points, consistently achieving the trifecta impact: improved customer/broker experience, superior loss and operational outcomes, and optimized structural efficiency.
• Consult with C-suite stakeholders at data-led insurers and reinsurance companies to re-engineer core operations, including high-volume middle market package underwriting, complex specialty lines, cat modeling, actuarial workflows, and claims management.
• Embed advanced data analytics, predictive modeling, and middle market business-process-as-a-service (BPaaS) models seamlessly into legacy carrier ecosystems to accelerate submission-to-bind velocity.

Next-Generation Growth Engine & AI Innovation

• Pioneer the firm’s next growth engine by conceptualizing, productizing, and scaling data and AI-powered “thin human” digital solutions and specialized managed services.
• Capitalize on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and hyper-automation to design low-touch, highly autonomous workflows that solve systemic middle market and specialty P&C industry pain points (e.g., automated triage, digital risk ingestion, and portfolio analytics).
• Expand the firm's footprint into emerging market segments, creating tailored value propositions for the Insurtech ecosystem and ILS capacity providers looking to optimize middle market risk and operations through data.

• Executive Consulting & Services Credentials: 15+ years of progressive executive leadership within a global professional services, digital transformation, or operational outsourcing firm (e.g., EXL, Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant).
• Domain Mastery: Deep, unassailable expertise across Commercial Lines (with heavy emphasis on the middle market carrier ecosystem), Specialty/E&S lines, and the global Reinsurance/ILS capital market structure.
• P&L & Commercial Scale: Proven history of running a highly profitable $250M–$300M+ global P&L with a verifiable record of originating and scaling massive, data-driven managed services or technology transformation deals.
• AI & Digital Innovation Edge: A strong track record of commercializing technology, specifically in designing operations that integrate AI/automation with human capital ("thin human" operating models) to optimize mid-market commercial operations.
• C-Suite Influence: Masterful executive presence with the ability to build trust and command respect from CEOs, Chief Risk Officers, and Chief Underwriting Officers globally.
