SVP, Liquidity Risk Assumption Review (Hybrid)

The Liquidity Risk Senior Officer will manage the design and execution of the liquidity limits program. Lead the design of the Limits framework, including defining Policy and Procedure requirements. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external stakeholders. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing current liquidity position through the review of internal reporting
• Assess liquidity ratios to allow management to monitor changes in structural liquidity
• Liaise with members of Risk Reporting/Risk Management, Finance, and Treasury to establish limit requirements and develop the tools, analysis and reporting necessary to proactively identify and manage risk with respect to portfolios and products, and continuously update to reflect the current business structure
• Partners with business, finance, and risk management staff.
• May lead other staff on specific projects or analyses, but has no formally assigned management responsibility.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

• 10+ years relevant experience
