This role leads to performance testing activities across projects, works closely with cross functional teams, and ensures performance risks are identified and mitigated early in the delivery lifecycle.\n\n## What will your job look like?\n\nPerformance Testing Strategy \u0026 Planning \n\u2022 Define and own the end to end performance testing strategy across applications and platforms. \n\u2022 Identify performance testing scope, objectives, success criteria, and risks. \n\u2022 Create and maintain performance test plans, scenarios, and schedules aligned with release timelines. \n\u2022 Ensure coverage for load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing. \nTest Design \u0026 Execution \n\u2022 Design realistic workload models based on business usage patterns. \n\u2022 Develop, review, and maintain performance test scripts using approved tools. \n\u2022 Execute performance tests in SIT, UAT, and pre production environments. \n\u2022 Coordinate test execution windows with environment, infrastructure, and release teams. \nAnalysis \u0026 Reporting \n\u2022 Monitor system performance metrics including: \no Response times \no Throughput \no Resource utilization (CPU, memory, disk, network) \n\u2022 Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and failure points. \n\u2022 Produce clear, executive ready performance reports track, and manage performance defects through resolution. \n\u2022 Collaborate with development, architecture, DB, middleware, and infrastructure teams to drive fixes. \n\u2022 Validate performance is...\n\nTechnical Skills \n\u2022 Strong experience with performance testing tools such as: \no LoadRunner \no JMeter \no Gatling (or similar) \n\u2022 Solid understanding of: \no Web and API based architectures \no Microservices and distributed systems \no Databases (SQL/NoSQL) \no Middleware and messaging systems \n\u2022 Experience analyzing system metrics using tools like: \no AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or similar \n\u2022 Knowledge of capacity planning and performance tuning concepts. \nRole Expectations (Telecom Domain) \n\u2022 7\u20138 years of hands on experience in performance testing within telecom environments, including OSS/BSS platforms, network provisioning, inventory, activation, and assurance systems. \n\u2022 Prior experience as a Performance Test Lead preferred, with the ability to: \no Own end to end performance testing for telecom applications and network driven workflows \no Lead performance test planning, execution, and reporting across complex, integrated systems \n\u2022 Strong understanding of telecom architectures and workflows, including: \no Service provisioning and activation \no Network inventory and design systems \no Order management and fulfillment flows \n\u2022 Experience validating performance for high volume transactions, large datasets, and peak traffic scenarios common in telecom environments. \n\u2022 Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, identify application, database, middleware, or network bottlenecks, and work with cross functional teams (Network, OSS, Infra, DevOps) to drive resolution. \n\u2022 Ability to provide clear, executive ready performance readiness assessments and go/no go recommendations for releases impacting telecom operations. \nExperience \n\u2022 8+ years of overall a performance testing role. \n\u2022 Experience working in enterprise scale applications. \n\u2022 Hands on experience in Agile / SAFe / DevOps environments.Bachelor\u0027s degree in Science/IT/Computing /industrial engineering or equivalent/system analysis\n\n * Minimum 4 years of experience in a software testing SDLC environment and methodologies.\n * In-depth knowledge in the
