Job Description - Swedish Speaking Customer Service for Aviation industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Aviation industry. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about aviation and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. You will play a vital role in assisting customers with their inquiries, ensuring smooth travel experiences while communicating effectively in Swedish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, schedules, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish.
  • Provide information about ticket options, fare rules, and travel regulations.
  • Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to provide real-time updates and information to customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and service offerings to deliver accurate assistance.
  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to handle complex inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
