Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding banking products, account management, and financial services via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
• Provide clients with information on available services, account details, and transaction support.
• Assist customers with account openings, closures, and changes, adhering to banking regulations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure overall satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and address customer concerns.
• Stay informed about banking regulations and market trends to offer informed advice to customers.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
