Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and technology, and who are eager to support learners in achieving their educational goals. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist students and educators with inquiries regarding e-learning platforms and educational resources in Swedish.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to education services, course offerings, and the e-learning platform via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
• Provide guidance on the use of e-learning tools, enrollment processes, and access to resources.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with product teams to stay informed about new features and updates.
• Collaborate with educators and administrators to enhance user experience and engagement.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
