Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to oil and gas products and services via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
• Provide detailed information regarding service options, pricing, and industry regulations.
• Assist customers with account management, inquiry resolution, and troubleshooting service-related issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately for future reference.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to address customer issues effectively.
• Stay updated on industry developments and company offerings to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil & gas sector.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
