As a representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries and providing outstanding service in Swedish, ensuring a seamless experience in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to financial products and services, including accounts, loans, and investments via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
• Provide accurate and timely information about financial regulations, service options, and product features.
• Assist customers with the management of their accounts, transactions, and troubleshooting any issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system for compliance and future reference.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and internal teams to enhance customer experience and provide comprehensive support.
• Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and company offerings to better assist clients.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or banking industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to explain complex financial information in an understandable manner.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and an attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with financial software applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
