This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about travel and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a customer service representative, you will engage with clients in Swedish, assisting them with inquiries related to travel accommodations, bookings, and tourism services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and local tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish.
• Provide information on available services, promotions, and travel guidelines specific to the hospitality and tourism sector.
• Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Resolve any customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with hotel and tourism partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and service offerings to provide relevant assistance to customers.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism industry, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Aptitude for managing multiple customer inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
