As a representative, you will assist clients in addressing their inquiries and navigating logistical challenges while communicating effectively in Swedish.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipment tracking, and supply chain operations via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish.
• Provide accurate information on shipping options, service timelines, and industry regulations.
• Assist customers with booking processes and resolving service-related issues.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely communication and resolution of inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the logistics or supply chain sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment effectively.
• Familiarity with logistics software and CRM systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
