Job Description - Swedish Speaking Customer Service for Media & Entertainment industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Media & Entertainment industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about media and entertainment and enjoy engaging with customers to enhance their experience. As a part of our dedicated team, you will assist clients by providing information and support related to our entertainment products and services in Swedish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to media and entertainment services via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
  • Assist customers with subscriptions, content navigation, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding promotions, features, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Document interactions thoroughly in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve service-related challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and service offerings to effectively assist customers.
  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the media or entertainment sector is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
