As a member of our customer service team, you will assist healthcare professionals and customers with their inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products and services, all while communicating effectively in Swedish.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and healthcare solutions via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
• Provide accurate information on product availability, usage instructions, and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist customers with order processing, billing questions, and service-related issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
• Stay informed about pharmaceutical industry regulations and product updates to provide the most relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive inquiries.
• Aptitude for managing multiple inquiries and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and healthcare-related software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
