In this role, you will assist clients with their inquiries related to real estate transactions, services, and information, ensuring a seamless experience in Swedish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property transactions, and services via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
• Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and market conditions.
• Assist customers with the buying, selling, or renting process and guide them through necessary documentation.
• Resolve any issues or complaints courteously and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to provide the best outcomes for clients.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and company services to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with real estate management systems and CRM software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
