Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
• Educate customers about energy efficiency programs, benefits of renewable energy, and available solutions.
• Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
