Job Description - Swedish Speaking Customer Service for Retail industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the retail industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to assist customers with their shopping experience. In this role, you will leverage your fluency in Swedish to provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable retail experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to retail products, promotions, and order status via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
  • Provide information about product features, availability, and pricing.
  • Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and resolving any concerns.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for reference.
  • Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to ensure timely communication of customer needs.
  • Stay updated on new product launches and in-store promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Fluency in Swedish (both oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the retail industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A customer-focused attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
