In this role, you will engage with our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding experience with our products and services. Your efforts will directly contribute to building customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in Swedish and English across various platforms
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Gather feedback from customers to inform improvements in our service
• Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to better assist customers
• Participate in training programs to continuously enhance your skills

• Fluency in Swedish and English with excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous
