Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone communications.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order status, returns, and payment methods.
• Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.
• Manage customer orders accurately and efficiently throughout the entire process.
• Stay updated on current product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer service experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate follow-up.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred.
• Strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and familiarity with online shopping trends.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service.
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while managing customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
