Job Summary

Sweet! is looking for highly-motivated and fun-loving individuals with the ability to engage with customers. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with the desire to learn and grow. As a Team Member, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to provide superior customer service and a friendly and positive attitude.

Job Duties

• Greet customers upon arrival


• Create a safe and fun atmosphere


• Provide a positive customer service experience to all customers


• Maintains daily business operations by following policies and procedures


• Provides pricing information by answering questions


• Processes transactions


• Maintains a working knowledge of products in order to answer customer questions


• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations


• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong team player


• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills


• Ability to hold a friendly conversation


• Decisive and able to make decisions in fast-paced environment


• Able and willing to work flexible schedules


• Previous tourism/entertainment experience a plus


• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
