Part Time

Our Swim Instructor is responsible for maintaining constant supervision of students to ensure safety. Creating positive, nurturing relationships with students and builds cooperative relationships with parents and caregivers.

• Alert and safety-oriented – ability to anticipate what may happen to keep safety the top priority
• Takes being a role model seriously, leading by example
• Ability to have challenging conversations, such as those regarding swimming ability
• Problem solver, ability to thrive in loud, disordered environment
