Swimming Pool Sales Representative - Urgent Hire

 We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Commission-Based Sales Representative, specializing in pool projects. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and closing deals for our pool projects. With a commission structure that starts at $2,000 per project, this position offers excellent earning potential for driven individuals. Responsibilities: -

Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Follow up on leads promptly and effectively to schedule appointments and close sales. - Conduct thorough consultations with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.

- Present and demonstrate our pool projects and services in a compelling manner.  Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotes to prospective clients.

- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.  Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis. Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.  Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a hunger for achieving and exceeding targets.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. -Willingness to work from home or our office, depending on preference and company needs.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.  High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or business is a plus. Benefits:
