Pyle's Pools manages several pools in the greater Indianapolis region of Indiana, including the following communities:

Columbus, Greenwood, Beech Grove, Lawrence Township, Noblesville, Fishers, Pendleton, Anderson, Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Brownsburg, Pike Township, Avon, Plainfield, and Monrovia.

Duties and Responsibilities

Pyle's Pools is looking to hire pool technicians/pool cleaners. Technicians responsible for a route of 8-10 commercial swimming pools per day. Responsibilities include cleaning swimming pools, maintaining chemical controllers, oversee maintenance and upkeep of pump baskets, backwashing pools, testing water, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash containers, and straightening pool deck furniture. Some lifeguarding or pool monitoring in additional to daily service may be required toward the end of pool season.

Vacation time starts at 1 week (7 days) and employees earn one additional week each year they are employed for up to two years, maxing out at 14 days. 

Requirements

- Previous pool experience preferred but not required.

- Must have a valid driver's license, no exceptions.

- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Must be able to physically lift up to 40 lbs. and swim.

- Must be willing to work long days in preseason and during open pool season.
