Patriot Pool and Spa-Austin is hiring a Swimming Pool Technician Trainer to help us #elevatetheindustry!

**This is a Field Leadership position at Patriot Pool and Spa-Austin. We are looking for someone with 1+years of Swimming Pool Service Tech experience who can train techs in the field and also interact with customers and help solve field-related issues.**

Job Skills and Hiring Requirements:

• 1+ years of pool service tech experience
• Dependable and patient
• Willing to teach and mentor
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Organizational skills
• Intermediate knowledge of pool equipment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report
• Must have valid driver’s license, 3 years verifiable driving history and clean driving record

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Resolve all customer complaints / issues
• Trains new techs on service
• Training on-site when needed.
• Oversees pool cleaners
• Assist and coordinate routes
• Perform corrective action as necessary with proper record keeping.
• Proctors classroom lessons & exams during day with no route pools
• Provides continuing education for service technicians
• Trainer assists the Supervisor or Service Manager with various duties when branch has no trainees

Compensation – This salaried position is paid weekly. You will be provided paid on the job training and all the tools to be successful. $41,500 annually
