Possess basic baking knowledge to ensure product integrity and quality.
Uphold stringent cleanliness standards, overseeing the sanitation of work areas and equipment to comply with food safety regulations.
Safeguard the bakery premises at the end of each shift, ensuring security protocols are followed.
Act as a diligent reporter of any discrepancies, facilitating seamless communication via email or text.
