Position available:
SWISS LATHE MACHINIST - This position is responsible for producing machined parts by setting up and operating Swiss Machines; maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment.
Requirements for all positions:
- Minimum of 2 years CNC Swiss Machinist experience required.
- Strong understanding of tight tolerance machining and GD&T principles.
- Perform offsets, tool changes, and adjustments to optimize production with minimal supervision.
- Set up both legacy parts and new production orders to ensure stable and efficient machine operation.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure consistent machine performance and longevity.
- Performing visual and dimensional inspections using equipment such as microscopes, micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, thread gauges, comparators, CMM, and vision systems is a plus.
- Experience with Citizen A20 is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process specifications.
- Ability to multitask and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
All positions are for the day shift with a flexible start time (6 AM or 7 AM). All benefits are 100% paid by the company, including:
