Analytica is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a dynamic federal government project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of technical support and vision for implementing and managing hardware, software and network

responsibilities:
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
+ Install, configure and troubleshoot various desktop/server software applications and hardware solutions
+ Build standard Windows desktop which includes, but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and client specific applications
+ Windows server administration and Active Directory configuration.
+ Support servers including security configurations, patching, security vulnerability remediation and troubleshooting.
+ Helps develop and refine procedures for identifying and mitigating common system issues
+ Identify weak points or gaps in the systems architecture and provide recommendations for improving operations and the end user experience
+ Uses tools like Ansible, Puppet, etc. to implement automation of sysadmin tasks
+ Manages backups, off-site archives, and disaster recovery system readiness
+ Assist with a wide array of network and application issues, from printing, scanning, peripherals
+ Provide both on-site and remote support.
+ Assist with network implementations and projects
+ Analyze organization's needs, conduct technical research, and implement appropriate solutions to meet needs and comply with department standards.
