System analyst

abra R&D is looking for a Systems Analyst!

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and defining business processes, including writing detailed specification documents.
• Designing software solutions to meet current and future business requirements.
• Managing testing processes for system developments and workflows.
• Preparing and issuing price quotes for clients.
• Creating user manuals and documentation.
• Onboarding new clients, including implementation, installations, training sessions, and roundtable discussions.
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (Customer Support, Development, QA, and Implementation teams).
• Working as part of a team, reporting to the Product Manager, and providing full ongoing support.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Business Administration (with a specialization in Economics/Information Systems).
• At least 5 years of experience in system and process analysis and design.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Proven experience in writing technical and business specification documents in both Hebrew and English.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Understanding of logistics processes (advantage).
