System Analyst RPA

abra R&D is seeking a System Analyst RPA

You will be integrated into an existing and growing systems analysis and project management team focused on implementing process automation across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and designing business processes for all divisions of the bank
• Specifying and managing automation processes on a robotic automation (RPA) platform

Must-Have

• Technological degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Systems Analysis or Business Process Design
• Hands-on experience in business process specification and documentation
• Strong English reading and writing skills
• High motivation, self-learning ability, accountability, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice to Have / Advantage

• Experience in analyzing business workflows in the financial or insurance sector (Advantage)
• Familiarity with RPA platforms, especially UiPath, and understanding of system integration (Advantage)
• Experience with data analysis tools or platforms such as ELK (Elastic) (Advantage)
• Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools (Advantage)
