12+Month Contract Client is currently seeking a talented Technical Support Analyst to join the team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth application deployment and providing top-notch support to end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with project teams to understand application functionality and user needs.
- Translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Act as the primary technical support resource during application deployments, assisting end-users with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Track and manage reported issues, documenting details and prioritizing resolutions with developers.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks for applications, including user setups and administration.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users on application usage and troubleshooting techniques.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to the help desk team upon successful application deployment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Systems Analyst or in a similar technical support role, preferably in software development.
- Strong technical background with expertise in application development, deployment, and support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
