System Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Modifying the system with changes in the software environment;
• Implementing new or changed user requirements which concern functional enhancements to the software;
• Diagnosing and fixing errors
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures;
• Troubleshoot and fix issues that compromise system performance or access to an IT service;
• Regular system improvements, such as upgrades based on business requirements.

• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to be a self-starter and meet all goals within SLA;
• Self-motivated, attentive to detail and not afraid but excited from often changes;
• Multitasker, not afraid of a highly dynamic environment and constant change;

• Proven experience in a similar role;
