System Support Specialist

One of our clients is looking for an Systems Support Specialist to join their team in Middletown, OH. This client is looking for the jack of all trades when it comes to desktop, networking, and computer hardware support. This is going to be on site 5 days a week, it does have potential to sometimes be remote, but to start off it will be 5 days a week on site. In addition to that, you must have great communication skills.
Location: This is on site , does have some flexibility but the majority of the work will be on site *

Pay Rate : 33- 35 per hour*
Length: 9 month contact , it could extend or convert*
Must-haves:
5+ years of experience in desktop support, networking administration, and computer hardware support ( Experience troubleshooting devices and experience imaging devices)
Network experience: Cisco or Juniper
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow highly preferred)
Proficient with PC and server management systems
Hands on experience with O365 and Azure AD
Strong customer service skills
Plusses:
Cisco experience (configurations, switches, routers, etc.)
Industrial plant experience within food services, metal or has industry
Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field
Certifications (any)
Preferred: Network+, CCNA or Security
Day-to-day:
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Systems Support Specialist to join our end clients team in Middletown, Ohio . The primary function of this role is to provide installation, maintenance and support for all IS related hardware and software. This function may also be required to recommend solutions that span their specific locations. They will provide all functional and technical support to all employees/associates. They are looking for someone who is a "self-starter" and has great communication skills as they will be customer facing.
